DELIVERY COSTS AND TIME WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

We currently ship to all Member States of the European Union.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIME TO NON-EU DESTINATIONS

We also ship to the following non-EU destinations.

Please note that the Product prices displayed on our Website are inclusive of the current BUL VAT rate, presently at 20%. You, as a buyer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the relevant country. Payment of all those costs is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Estimated delivery times (for the Products to be delivered) commence from the Shipping confirmation. They also will be added to the Product’s production term (if it is explicitly written in the details on the Website that there is such a term). We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, severe weather, etc. (see our T&Cs regarding the force majeure events)   For further details regarding our delivery policy, please read TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&Cs).

 

Returns:

In case you are not happy with the Product(s) you purchased, please contact us at [email protected] upon the receipt of the Product(s) and return or exchange the Product(s) not later than 14 days term from the receipt.

Please note that you shall bear the direct costs of returning the original Product(s) as well as the delivery costs for the new Product(s). For returning the original Product(s) you can select a shipping company that fits you best exclusive of postal services that cannot be tracked. For more information about delivery costs and conditions, applicable to your country, please read above.

The Product(s) you would like to return or exchange should be (a) with any original tags, labels and hygiene seals still attached; (b) with the product packaging and documents in the same condition as when you received the Product(s); (c) using the return address mailing label enclosed with the Products; and (d) providing us with evidence of having sent back the Products (e.g. e-mailng us the certificate of posting or bill-of-lading that can be tracked).

If the returned Products are determined to have been used, worn, washed or damaged, or the tag (or any one of the tags) has been removed, broken or damaged, we may refuse reimbursement.

29Desires may refuse returns of underwear, swimsuits or any other intimate apparel.

Exchanges:

In case you would like to exchange your Product(s) for the same product(s) different size or other product(s), please follow the order described in the section Returns above.

Please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] to help you choose your size or model properly and also advise you whether we have them currently on stock.

 

 

Reimbursements:

In case you want to return the original Product(s) and request reimbursement, we shall reimburse you the price paid for the Products and the original delivery costs, without undue delay and not later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the Product(s) and make sure of the Product(s)’ integrity as described in the section Returns above. Since we will usually carry out all reimbursements via bank transfer, you should specify the account number, name and address of the bank, account holder's name.
