In case you are not happy with the Product(s) you purchased, please contact us at office@29desires.com upon the receipt of the Product(s) and exchange or return the Product(s) not later than 14 days term from the receipt. 

Please note that you shall bear the direct costs of returning the original Product(s) as well as the delivery costs for the new Product(s). For returning the original Product(s) you can select a shipping company that fits you best exclusive of postal services that cannot be tracked.
